His culinary journey began from home Grenada. Growing with his mother's and grandmother's ,cooking and baking was not only essential, but an integral part of his early years. Great passion and love in cooking, whether indoors on gas stoves or outdoors on open flames, 'fire wood' are very prevalent as he pursues his career.
Traveling and experiencing, cooking and being adventurous with different types of cuisines/foods worldwide,-is what he lives for! Resided and worked in Barbados and the United States of America for cooperate companies such as the "Hyatt Regency @ the Arch", gives him the boosted confidence as a "trained professional' in the Culinary world.
